Trigger does not start
Confirm the automation is active, the event occurred afterward, the relevant plugin is active, and the email/contact value exists.
Workflow stops at a step
Check wait duration, template availability, condition configuration, list or tag existence, SMTP delivery, and WordPress cron.
WooCommerce trigger missing
WooCommerce triggers require Virfice Pro and an active WooCommerce installation.
Pro feature missing
Confirm Free and Pro are both active and the license page does not report an activation problem.
