Import Contacts from CSV

Prepare the CSV

The first row must contain column headers and an email column is required. Supported fields include email, first name, last name, phone, birthday fields, address fields, and configured custom fields.

Import steps

1. Open the contact import workflow.
2. Upload the CSV.
3. Map every relevant CSV column to a Virfice field.
4. Map the email column; the import cannot continue without it.
5. Review total rows, valid emails, duplicates, and invalid records.
6. Choose lists or tags and complete the import.

Back up your WordPress database before a large import.
