Customize WooCommerce System Emails

Go to Virfice → System Emails. Virfice supports the major WooCommerce messages, including new order, cancelled order, failed order, processing, completed, on-hold, refunded, invoice, customer note, new account, and reset-password emails.

1. Select an email.
2. Enable the Virfice template if required.
3. Open the visual design screen.
4. Edit the content and styling.
5. Preview using an existing WooCommerce order.
6. Send a test email.
7. Save and verify the email settings.

Keep dynamic order sections intact unless you understand the WooCommerce placeholders they use.
