Create and Embed a Form

Go to Virfice → Forms and create a form.

Configure the form

1. Give the form an internal name.
2. Add the fields you need. Email should remain required.
3. Choose the list or tag applied after submission.
4. Configure success behavior and the thank-you message.
5. Save the form.

Publish the form

Use the shortcode or embedding option provided by the form screen and place it in a page, post, widget, or compatible builder.

Submit the live form yourself and verify the contact record, assigned audience, confirmation message, and any connected automation.
