Configure Brand Settings
Set consistent email colors, logo, body styling, footer, and social links.
Brand Settings let you create a consistent look across all emails sent with Virfice. You can add your logo, set your company name, adjust the email width, and choose the colors used throughout your emails.
Once configured, these settings are automatically applied when you create emails with Virfice.

Access Brand Settings
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Virfice > Settings > Brand.
Add Your Social Media Links
The Social links section lets you save links to your company’s social media profiles.
Virfice supports the following platforms:
- YouTube
- X
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- Tumblr
- Vimeo
- Telegram
Enter the complete URL of each social media profile you want to use.
Customize the Email Appearance
Click on the Customize on the Brand tab under “Theme Settings“
Email Width
Use the Email width control to adjust the width of the main email content area.
You can move the slider or enter a specific value in the field. The preview updates automatically so you can see how the selected width will look.
Logo
Upload your company or brand logo to display it in the email header.
To add a logo:
- Find the Logo section.
- Click Upload.
- Select an image from the WordPress Media Library or upload a new one.
- Confirm your selection.
For the best result, use a clear, high-quality logo with enough spacing around it.
Company Name
Enter the name of your company or brand in the Company name field. Virfice may use this information in relevant areas of your emails.
Set the Background Colors
Email Background
The Email background setting controls the background color of the main email content area.
Select a color using the color picker or enter its hexadecimal color code.
Outer Background
The Outer background setting controls the color displayed around the main email container.
Choosing a slightly different outer background color can help the email content stand out.
Background Radius
Use Background radius to control how rounded the corners of the email container appear.
Increase the value for more rounded corners or reduce it for a sharper, more rectangular appearance.
Customize the Body Colors
Text
Choose the default color used for the main text in your emails. Use a color that provides strong contrast against the email background for better readability.
Button
Set the default background color for buttons used in your emails. Using your primary brand color helps keep your calls to action consistent.
Button Text
Choose the default text color displayed inside buttons. Make sure it remains easy to read against the button background.
Preview Your Email
The preview area shows how your branding will appear in an email.
Use the desktop and mobile icons above the preview to check how the email looks on different screen sizes. Review both versions before saving your settings.
Send a Test Email
Click Send test mail to send yourself a preview of the branded email.
A test email helps you confirm that:
- Your logo displays correctly.
- Your colors look consistent.
- The text is readable.
- Buttons are easy to see.
- The email displays properly in your inbox.
Save or Discard Your Changes
Click Save to apply your Brand Settings.
If you do not want to keep your latest changes, click Discard to leave the settings unchanged.
