Welcome to Virfice. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Virfice website, software, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Virfice, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our products or services.

1. License

Virfice is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. When you purchase Virfice, you are purchasing access to automatic updates, support services, and additional product resources for the duration of your active license. These services are provided according to the selected license plan.

2. Payments

All payments for Virfice are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider.

By purchasing Virfice, you agree to the payment processor’s terms and policies. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

3. Refund Policy

Virfice offers a 30-day refund window for eligible purchases.

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The product is non-functional, or
  • The product does not perform substantially as described, and
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are granted at our discretion after reviewing the request.

4. Software Updates

Customers with an active license will receive updates for the duration of their subscription or license period.

We may release updates that:

  • Improve performance
  • Fix bugs
  • Add or modify features
  • Maintain compatibility with WordPress and WooCommerce

Access to updates may be restricted if the license expires.

5. Support

Support is provided to customers with an active license.

Support includes:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Guidance on plugin features

Support does not include:

  • Custom development
  • Third-party plugin conflicts beyond reasonable investigation
  • Website maintenance or server management

6. Compatibility

Virfice is designed to work with WordPress and WooCommerce environments. While we strive to maintain compatibility with major versions and popular plugins, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virfice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Email delivery issues

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Data and Privacy

Virfice does not collect or store customer email marketing data externally. All data processed through the plugin remains on the user’s own WordPress installation unless otherwise stated.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable email marketing and privacy regulations, including anti-spam laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the product or license if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • License abuse occurs

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Virfice after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
